Ideally based in the North West and commutable into our Centre Park Warrington office, or in the North East to our office in Darlington, we are looking for an associate/project worker to join our commercial team and work alongside our Head of Instructional Design. 

The person we are looking for:

• Is IT literate with Virtual Learning Environments/Learner Management Systems
• Is fully conversant with Articulate Storyline 2 and has some knowledge of pedagogical principles and working models such as ADDIE
• Has proven instructional design/user design/elearning design experience
• Can work to tight deadlines and is calm under pressure

You will already have:

• Good communication skills, organisational skills and is good at problem solving
• Good level of analytical skills with experience in learner analytics/SQL
• High level of attention to detail
• Commitment to personal and professional development
   

• Managing the transformation of knowledge into exciting, engaging, interactive, innovative learning content suitable for our client
• Identifying and using new concepts, technologies, and methodologies to drive product development and delivery
• Selecting best structures, media and delivery formats depending on audience, learning needs and goals
• Collaborating with other instructional designers and subject matter experience to develop curriculum and learning goals
• Incorporating use of theories of learning, instructional design, and interactive training techniques
• Analysing data and producing reports for creative displays of learner data
• Developing architecture for performance support and follows QA procedures.
