TERMS OF ADMISSION & CANCELLATION

  1. Full participation for the entire period of the Seminar is required. The Programme involves group discussions and interactions which can be disrupted when delegates are absent. If an urgent need for absence arises, please contact the team well in advance to ensure you obtain membership to the CISL Alumni Network upon course completion.
  2. For virtual seminars, delegates need an internet connection to participate fully. 10 Mbps is the minimum bandwidth required to take part in an online meeting. Please try to ensure connectivity and manage your meeting environment with minimal disruptions. For Syndicate and other group breakouts, we will request that you switch your cameras ON and be able to unmute yourselves to participate fully in discussions and activities.
  3. The ability to communicate well in English is important.
  4. The University reserves the right to make any change on prior notice to the specification of the programme which does not materially affect the value of the programme.
  5. Invoices are payable within 30 days of invoice date in the currency invoiced. If payment is not received within 30 days, CISL cannot guarantee to hold delegate’s place. Bank charges incurred because of payment being made from overseas accounts shall be reimbursed to the University by the buyer. In the event of the Programme commencing in fewer than 30 days, payment must be received before the start of the Programme.
  6. Cancellation:
    1. In the event that a delegate wishes to cancel after being accepted onto the seminar, they shall be liable to the University for the fee unless the place can be re-filled. Substitutions are not automatic; each proposed substitution must be reviewed by the Selection Panel. If you wish to cancel and we are unable to fill your place, fees will not be refunded. However, you will be offered a 25% discount on a place at a subsequent seminar, subject to availability.
    2. If cancellation is due to Force Majeure such as a pandemic, international travel restrictions or personal circumstances, the University seeks to treat all individuals fairly and in a transparent way
  7. For in-person seminars, delegates should be aware that they will be liable to reimburse the University for any financial loss incurred as a result of damage caused by them to conference centre property.
  8. By clicking the 'Accept' button you agree to these terms and conditions governing registration, cancellation and attendance to our conference/training. By completing and submitting the electronic registration form you are accepting our offer to attend our conference/training resulting in a binding contract.
