The DELTM course fee includes access to all course modules, assessment and refreshments (for in-person sessions only).
The fee covers one participant only. Once enrolled, the named participant must attend all sessions, substitutes are not allowed.
DELTM participants are expected to adhere to the English UK qualifications code of conduct.
Confirmation of participation
Your place on this course is confirmed on receipt of a confirmation email and invoice from English UK. From that point, your participation is binding and these terms and conditions apply.
English UK reserves the right to decline any application without giving a reason.
Online delivery
If a module is held online and you have trouble accessing it, we will do our best to help, especially if the issue is with systems or software we control. However, if the problem is due to your own equipment, internet connection, or settings, we will try to help but cannot guarantee a fix.
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:
- your internet connection
- firewalls on your network or device
- problems with telecoms or equipment
- similar technical issues
We are unable to offer a replacement for missed online modules.
Certification
The DELTM qualification will be awarded if you:
- attend at least nine out of ten modules (online or in person)
- are actively engaged by listening to trainers and taking part in discussions
- keep your webcam and microphone switched on during online sessions
- stay focused and avoid distractions, other work, or using your phone/ device during sessions
- pass all module assignments and successfully complete the final project
Personal data
We take your privacy seriously. We aim to be clear about how and why we use your personal data, and we work hard to keep it safe.We will not keep your data longer than necessary, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You can contact us at any time about your data by emailing info@englishuk.com. You can also withdraw your consent for us to use your data. Please note: if you withdraw consent before the course starts, this will count as a cancellation and the cancellation fees outlined below will apply.
Changes and cancellation by us
We may cancel the course in exceptional circumstances, such as low attendance or unforeseen issues. If this happens, we will try to give at least one weeks’ notice.
If we cancel, we will refund your course fee or any part of it already paid. We may deduct money transfer fees.
We may also in rare cases change the course dates. If so, we will not refund the fee but will transfer you to the new dates.If a major incident or disaster prevents the course from happening as planned and it is rescheduled, we will transfer you to the new dates. In this case, we will not refund the fee.
In these cases, we are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs you may incur.
Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing.
- More than 60 days before the course: full refund
- 30–60 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before the event: no refund, but you can send an eligible colleague in your place if you give us at least seven days notice

You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in your place on the course being cancelled without a refund.
