Confirmation of participation
Your participation will be confirmed by us at English UK and will be made definitive by issuance of a confirmation email. Participation is considered as binding at this stage, and the terms and conditions will apply.
Eligibility
The event is open to agents, partners and other buyers (individuals or companies) who are either already active in the study travel industry, or who wish to add study travel and the promotion of UK course providers to the services they already offer to their clients.
All agents, partners and buyers registered to attend the event are prohibited from selling, offering, or promoting in any way, courses, educational programmes or incoming travel services provided by themselves or by any other person, affiliate or organisation. All agents, partners and buyers registered to attend the event are also prohibited from selling, offering, or promoting advertising space or workshops provided by them or by any other person, affiliate or organisation.
Online delivery
If the event is held online and you have trouble accessing it, we will do our best to help, especially if the issue is with systems or software we control. However, if the problem is due to your own equipment, internet connection, or settings, we will try to help but cannot guarantee a fix.We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:
- Your internet connection
- Firewalls on your network or device
- Problems with telecoms or equipment
- Similar technical issues
We are not liable to offer a replacement event to any participant who misses the event.
Marcom eSchedule PRO
The details you provide will be used to create your profile on Marcom eSchedule PRO. It is your responsibility to check that the information is correct and let English UK know about any mistakes or missing details. We cannot be held responsible for any errors that were not reported to us.

The participant details, accessed via the event website and Marcom eSchedule PRO, are for one-time use in connection with this event and may not be passed on to a third party.

Media waiver
We may take photos or record video during the event. If you don’t want your image or footage to be used in future promotional materials, please let us know.
Changes and cancellation by us
We may cancel the event in exceptional circumstances, such as low attendance or unforeseen issues. If this happens, we will try to give at least four weeks’ notice.
If we cancel, we will refund your participation fee or any part of it already paid. We may deduct money transfer fees.
We may also in rare cases change the event dates. We will transfer your registration to the new date.
If a major incident or disaster prevents the event from happening as planned and it is rescheduled, we will transfer your registration to the new date.
In this case, we will not refund the fee.In these cases, we are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs you may incur.
Cancellation by you
You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel your attendance.
