Withdrawal of consent
In various situations our collection and processing of your personal data is based on your consent. When we ask for your consent, we inform you of the purpose and nature of the processing in question with reference to our Privacy Policy.

- Use of cookies, when you sign up for an event through the Conference Manager online Registration System

Subscription to email marketing
If you have signed up for an email newsletter, news from Aarhus BSS or other email marketing from Aarhus University, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the emails you receive from us. You can also withdraw your consent by writing to us here below.
Membership of Aarhus University Alumni Network
If you no longer wish to be a member of our Alumni Network, you can cancel your membership by writing to us at alumni@au.dk. You thereby simultaneously withdraw your consent to receiving Alumni Network emails. You are also welcome to write to us here below.

When you withdraw your consent to a given form of communication from us, we will immediately cease to send you such emails.
Withdrawal of consent only has effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of our processing up until the time of withdrawal.
