I may withdraw this declaration of consent at any time by e-mail to privacy@lenzing.com, via the Lenzing E-Branding Service user settings or by postal mail to Lenzing AG, Werkstraße 2, 4860 Lenzing, Austria.


The inclusion in the aforementioned list is open to all fabric mills that apply for a Lenzing fabric certification and whose fabrics are finally certified by Lenzing, so every fabric mill can apply and upon certification of their fabrics be included in such list. The list of fabric mills does not constitute and/or imply any endorsement, assurance or assessment by Lenzing AG or by any of its affiliates or any of the respective directors, officers or employees of any of the listed fabric mills.


Lenzing AG and its affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers or employees are independent with reference to any possible commercial relationship between the fabric mills listed and the Third Parties. In no event shall Lenzing AG, its affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers or employees be liable for any claim, demand, damage (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive) arising from or in any case connected to a possible commercial relationship between the fabric mills listed and the Third Parties.
