Admissions Policy:
During the APL Awards there will be photographers and possibly videographers onsite. By entering our event, you are giving consent that images/videos of yourself may be used to promote the APL Awards and/or its sponsors. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform the organisers when entering and you will be given a sticker to add to your badge.
Terms & Conditions: This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. HTA cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of booking information. We will email you to confirm receipt of your booking and then send an official email confirmation to each delegate within 14 days. If you have not heard from us within 14 days of submitting your booking form, please contact HTA Events on 0333 003 3550 or email events@hta.org.uk.
Payment of fees: payment should be made upon booking wherever possible, and any invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date or before the event whichever is the sooner. Bookings received less than seven days before the event must be paid prior to the event.
Cancellation by attendees: Cancellations must be made in writing to events@hta.org.uk Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event will incur a 50% charge per delegate. Cancellations less than 28 days are liable for 100% of the booking fee. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event will not be accepted, however substitutions will until close of business on 7th March 2025.
Cancellation or alteration of event: HTA reserves the right at any time to cancel/alter the programme to an equivalent standing. In the event that the HTA cancels or postpones the event, liability will be restricted to the delegate fee(s) paid and HTA will not be responsible for any transport, accommodation or other costs incurred by delegates.
