Pay.UK recently placed the Enhanced Fraud Data (EFD) project on hold after consulting with industry. The outcome of the consultation was that the majority did not view EFD as a priority in 2025 given focus on other initiatives and did not have the funding or resourcing to proceed.

In the survey we have set out 10 questions covering industry engagement, project governance and decision making. We have also provided an optional free text field after each question for you to share your experiences working with Pay.UK and UKF.
