Use of testimonial/photo/video - Purpose. I have been informed by Datalogic s.r.l. (“Datalogic”) that my photo, images, likeness, voices as recorded on videotape, film or digitally (collectively “Materials”) during the 2026 Datalogic Eastern Europe Partner Meeting, are used in the production of materials for promoting internal initiatives within Datalogic Group, and in general at Datalogic intranet, in appropriate file formats via web-based and/or other digital and/or print methods (collectively, “Finished Products”).

I have been informed that Datalogic and its affiliates (i) will use the Materials with utmost care, implementing adequate security measures for preventing any unauthorized use; in this respect, the Materials will be stored securely in appropriate file formats on servers belonging to Datalogic and its authorized agents, (ii) is committed in using such Materials, with the principles and rules set forth in the relevant and applicable data protection law.

Authorization for use. By providing “I agree”, I consent to and authorize the use and reproduction of the Materials, in accordance with the purpose herein described subject only to our right to revoke future uses as described below. By signing “I agree”, I waive any right to inspect and/or approve the Finished Products, and to any royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Materials or any Finished Product.

Revocation. I may revoke this consent with respect to future uses by contacting the Datalogic Marketing & Communication Department in writing, at the following email address: marketing.ee@datalogic.com, I understand such revocation will not apply to any Finished Product already developed and/or in use as of the date of revocation, to the extent applicable.

Release. By providing, “I agree”, I release and discharge Datalogic and all of its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates and all of their respective successors and assigns from any and all claims and demands I, or my respective heirs, legal representatives or assigns, may have for any matter arising out of the Datalogic’s use of the Materials in accordance with the authorization herein described.

Acknowledgement. I acknowledge that:

 - I am person of legal age and the person who is authorized to execute this release;

 - I have read this Authorization for Release and Privacy Notice in its entirety;

 - I fully understand and accept its terms; and

 - I release any consent voluntarily.

Any personal data (such as name, surname, image, email related to me collected by Datalogic s.r.l. during and/or for the 2026 Datalogic Eastern Europe Partner Meeting, shall be processed by Datalogic s.r.l. Via San Vitalino, 13,  40012 Lippo di Calderara di Reno (BO) (the “Data Controller”), in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and solely for the purpose of carrying out the above mentioned event and/or for promoting Datalogic group’s events and initiatives and Datalogic organization.

Personal data will be processed without my prior consent for purposes related to the business management of the 2026 Datalogic Eastern Europe Partner Meeting and within the employment relationship (e.g. management of accommodation, travel, rooming list of employees etc). The provision of personal data for the purpose indicated above is necessary for the conclusion of the event; in the absence of the same it will not be possible to fully carry out the necessary activities.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, with my consent pursuant to art. 6.1.a) GDPR the Data Controller may process the data in the context of any promotional internal initiatives (e.g. Datalogic promotional video, Datalogic marketing extract and initiatives, photo package etc.) organized by the Data Controller (“specific purpose”). The consent to the processing for this specific purpose is optional, however, in the absence, it will not be possible for the Data Controller to process your data for this specific purpose.

Within the aforementioned purposes, the personal data may be communicated to the other Datalogic group companies or to third parties, contracted as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 GDPR (by way of example but not exhaustive, photo professionals, video makers, vendor of the technological platform used for the event), as well as to independent third-party data controllers. The list of data processors may be requested from the Data Controller at the addresses indicated above.

The data may be accessible to other companies of the Datalogic group for the same purposes as above. In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing of personal data takes place using manual, computerized and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, in addition to compliance with specific obligations sanctioned by the law.

Personal data will be kept only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are collected in compliance with the principle of minimisation ex art. 5.1.c) GDPR and in accordance with the relevant company data retention guidelines. The data may be transferred to third Countries in the case of organization of Datalogic Group’s event outside EU. Regarding the possible transfer of Data to third Countries, the Data Controller discloses that the processing will take place according to one of the methods permitted by the law in force, such as the consent of the interested party, the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, the selection of subjects adhering to international programs for free circulation of data or operating in countries considered secure by the European Commission. It is possible to have more information, upon request, from the Data Controller at the above contacts.

In any moment, I, as data subject, am entitled to exercise all rights set forth in GDPR (right to access, art.15 GDPR, right of correction, art. 16 GDPR, right of deletion, art. 17 GDPR as well as all other rights reserved as per articles 18-22 GDPR); it is also granted the right to withdraw my consent at any time, pursuant to Article 7 of the GDPR, by sending written request at the above mentioned address or by sending an email to the Datalogic Field Marketing in writing, at the following email address: marketing.ee@datalogic.com; however the withdrawal of consent does not prejudice in any case the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent prior to the revocation.
